This is my first time trying this brand and so far I'm pretty impressed with the flavors and the nice boost of energy that it has. So there are twelve 12 ounce cans in this variety pack with 4 flavors: watermelon, grape, peach, and blue raspberry.There is 200 mg of caffeine per serving which is equal to about 2 cups of coffee, only 30 mg of sodium, and no sugar added. I find this to be just the right amount of energy for me if I drink it at lunch, I'm able to get through the rest of my day with enough energy and no crash or jitters.As for the taste, the watermelon is somewhat sweet with a candied watermelon flavor, not so natural. Grape is probably my favorite, purple grape taste with a tart sweetness. The blue raspberry had an even mix of blueberry and raspberry flavors and is mildly sweet, and the peach did have a natural peach flavor but was watery then the others. None of them had a bad aftertaste.

First out of the box Grape. Not overly sweet, but it does linger. 200 mg of caffeine is kind of a sweet spot for some but I really like caffeine so another 100 would be great. Box that shipped had a little delamination but all cans were ok.
